Connie Tabas, Chair, is an attorney and the mother of a young adult autistic son. She is an active volunteer at both of her children’s schools and in her synagogue.
Mary Porter, Secretary, is a visual artist and the parent of a teenage autistic daughter. Mary has lectured and exhibited her work extensively in museums and galleries throughout the United States. She has been on Oak Hill’s Board of Directors since 2006.
Scott Fearon, Treasurer, is the founder and president of Crown Capital Management. Scott started Crown in 1990 after managing US mutual funds for the UK firm GT Capital. Scott serves on the California Governor's Area 5 Board on Developmental Disabilities, and on the Board of Giant Steps, a nonprofit organization that provides equestrian therapy for children with physical and developmental challenges.
Steve Abreu has worked in the mortgage banking industry for more than 20 years. Prior to being named President and CEO of GreenPoint Mortgage, Steve served as GreenPoint’s Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing and Production. Steve is president of the Alumni Board of De La Salle High School and serves on the board of New York Mortgage Trust.
Andrew Allen has won multiple awards as a housing developer for projects such as converting former military warehouse space into artists’ live-work units. Andrew serves on the Board of the Living History Centre, and formerly served on the Board of the Belvedere-Tiburon California Landmark Board. Andrew is proud of his many years of service as a volunteer firefighter!
Conrad Branson has been a financial advisor for twelve years and is currently a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. He is also a longtime volunteer with Christmas in April, helping to rehabilitate homes for low income individuals. Conrad joined Oak Hill’s Board of Directors in 2008.
Jennifer Fearon is a founding member of Oak Hill School’s Board of Directors. Her experience includes both business and fine art, and she has spent the last ten years as a volunteer for various non-profits serving the special needs community. Jennifer has served on the Special Education Advisory Committee for the Marin County Office of Education; on a special education issues committee for the Mill Valley School District; and on the Marin Respite Care Council. Jennifer is the mother of three school-age children, one of whom is developmentally disabled.
Dan Feshbach is the founder and former CEO of Loan Performance, a financial technology and predictive modeling business. Motivated by his own experiences with his teenage autistic son, Dan co-founded Animated Speech Corporation.
Kathleen Hahn is a founding partner in Luna Vineyards in Napa Valley, California. In addition to serving on the Oak Hill Board, Kathleen has been a volunteer and fundraiser for Marin Catholic College Preparatory School, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the Living Skills Center for the Visually Impaired, MareHaven Productions, and the San Domenico School.
Chris Hero is the Director of Operations at Gateway High School in San Francisco. He has more than 10 years of experience in financial and operations management for corporations and nonprofit organizations, and he joined Oak Hill’s board in 2008. Chris received a Bachelor of Art degree in history from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.
Valerie Pierce is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Sunesis, a pharmaceutical company in the Bay Area. Valerie recently served on the Board of Directors for Huckleberry Youth Programs, and has been a member of Oak Hill’s Board since 2006.
